Now that summer has come to a close, I’ll be in the studio finishing up my live paintings from the summer festivals and shows including paintings from Wakarusa, Rootwire, and a Papadosio Colorado run. The originals will be for sale, as well as prints of all my newer and older pieces. I also still have most of my posters available. It’s that time again, Rootwire Music and Arts Festival is just around the corner!! This August 4th-7th the Papadosio family is bringing back the amazing Rootwire festival in Logan, Ohio for what is sure to be a weekend of good music, good people, and nothing but good vibes. I will be live painting each night of the festival as well as vending artwork (paintings, posters, and prints) from the “live-art” tent during the day. I have also created another poster this year (pictured left) that will be available for purchase at the tent. (I still have a few of last years as well that I will have with me in case you missed me last year) Plus! This year I was asked to make the official Rootwire Flag so keep an eye out for it hanging around the festival….My sincerest thank you to the entire Papadosio Family for making this all happen!!

This summer I’ve been asked to be one of the official live painters at Wakarusa Music Festival in Ozark, AR!!! And I couldn’t be more honored and excited to do so. I will be live painting each night of the festival as well as hanging my work in the first ever live art gallery that will be located right on the grounds of the festival.  Can’t wait to see all you beautiful people there!!

Live painting tonight in Boulder at the Absinthe House for the charity organization, Together with the Children. There’s also going to be a silent auction including prints I donated with 100% of profit going to TWC! Hope to see you all there for this great cause!

Well, Cheese has left me speechless and seeing that writing is not my forte I will never be able to find the words to express the magical happening that was Winter Carnival. I feel so lucky to have been able to witness those three nights of amazing music and spectacular theatrics along with so many friends and beautiful people.

As always another great Colorado run by Papadosio. It is always such a pleasure to paint for these guys. Not only do they always throw down amazing and original songs and melodies, but they are all wonderful guys that I have grown to love and have the utmost respect for as artists. My sincerest thank you to Anthony, Billy, Mike , Rob, Andrew, Ed, and Jeremy. I look forward to seeing them all at Rootwire Music and Arts Festival this summer and creating together again.

This Saturday, February 12th, I will have posters and artwork at the Mile High Rock Poster and Art Expo. This event takes place during the day before Furthur at Aloft Hotel right next door to the Broomfield Events Center. The Expo will run from 12:00 – 6:00pm so come by and check it out while you’re hanging out before the show.

I will be showing work this February in Ukiah, California at Tribe13 Gallery. I am honored to have been asked to be a part of this show because it is comprised of so many wonderful visionary artists from across the country. If you are in the area please check it out, the show starts on February 4th during a First Friday Artwalk and will be on display until February 27th.

What an amazing three night run for Good Gravy in November, opening for Hot Buttered Rum two nights and then following up with a great show in Lyons. I sincerely appreciate the opportunities these guys have provided me. Its been an absolute blast.

This month I’m excited because I have another chance to paint for Good Gravy this coming Friday January 21st at the Aggie Theatre. Hope to see you all there!!!
